What You’ll Do
- Design & Sell: Help customers by quoting, selling, and managing the window and door projects. You will also, manage the installation services that we offer as a part of the project.
- Manage Leads: Use Pipedrive to follow up and turn quotes into home transformations.
- Stay Active: Handle inventory, load customer vehicles, and operate a forklift.
The Requirements
- Physical: Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly.
- Availability: Saturdays are mandatory. 40 hours per week.
- Integrity: Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Team First: Must be reliable, showing up every day ready to support the "family."
- Experience: Previous home improvement sales/design experience is preferred.
Pay: $38,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
