Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers throughout the store.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all products are stocked and displayed properly.
- Assist customers in finding hardware products and answer their questions.
- Participate in daily operational goals and support the store management team.
- Uphold merchandising standards and participate in training and development opportunities.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong product knowledge of hardware products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
