Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Talent Acquisition to join our team. This role is essential in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and a second language, along with a comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our talent acquisition strategies while fostering relationships with potential candidates.
Duties
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions.
- Utilize negotiation skills to finalize offers and contracts with selected candidates.
- Manage technical recruiting efforts for specialized roles within the organization.
- Implement talent management strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Engage in HR sourcing activities to identify potential candidates through various channels including social media management and cold calling.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to facilitate smooth onboarding experiences.
- Support internal recruiting efforts by fostering relationships with current employees for referrals and succession planning.
- Evaluate employee performance and assist in employee relations matters as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruiting across various sectors, including executive recruiting and sales roles.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or Taleo is preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct research for lead generation and identify potential candidates through innovative sourcing techniques.
