What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control position at Builders' Insulation?

Your typical day would include examining work sites, managing production schedules, communicating with the lead Production Manager, ensuring client satisfaction, and seeking new business. An amazing opportunity awaits our next Quality Control Technician at Builders’ Insulation!
Tasks you can expect to perform:
- Pre- and post-install walk through inspections using checklists to verify the quality and scope of work has been met
- Photograph and document deficiencies in completed work and create and assign punch lists for re-work
- Train installers on proper work methods
- Track installer trends and common errors, update QC logs, and submit weekly QC reports to management
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of managerial experience (construction industry preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Clear post-offer drug screen
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Well-qualified candidates will also have:
- 4 years of insulation experience preferred
- Construction background
