Full Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Interiors Installer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with basic construction experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
The Interiors Installer will be responsible for installing a variety of interior products including shelving, mirrors, shower doors, bath accessories, and other fixtures at residential and commercial job sites.
Responsibilities
- Install shelving, mirrors, shower doors, bath accessories, and related interior products
- Measure, level, secure, and finish installations with attention to detail
- Use basic hand tools and follow installation instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete installations efficiently while meeting quality standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Comfortable working on stairs and in various job site environments
- Basic construction knowledge required
- Experience with tools and installation work preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour during training, based on experience and skill level. Once fully trained and able to complete installations independently, compensation will transition to a piece-rate pay structure, providing the opportunity to increase earnings based on productivity and completed work.
