About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Yard Laborer to support daily operations at our facility. This hands-on position is responsible for maintaining the concrete yard, assisting with basic plant maintenance, supporting production activities, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine plant and diesel truck maintenance
- Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling, sweeping, using a chipping hammer
- Operation of Skid Steer and Payloader when needed
- Keep the yard organized and free of debris
Qualifications:
- Previous labor or construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Mechanical knowledge related to Diesel Trucks and Concrete Plant a plus!
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
