Counter Sales Support ($24-$28/hr.)
Successful candidate will be enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable with excellent communication and customer interaction skills. Computer knowledge required (Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word.), with building material knowledge as a plus. This is a highly detailed work environment.

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Work duties include but not limited to:
- Greeting customers
- Answering and placing phone calls
- Email correspondence
- Order entry & fulfilment
- Cashier & account billing
- Light cleaning duties
- Merchandise organization & restocking
- End of day closing duties
- Intown errands/deliveries/pickups
- Administrative Duties
- Other Duties as assigned
Shift:
- Day Shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong knowledge of retail math and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers
