I'm seeking a Superintendent for commercial hotels and Multifamily to oversee on-site construction projects in East bay to North bay to Sacramento and Napa, CA. This is a full-time, on-site traveling role responsible for managing daily construction activities, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring adherence to project plans and quality

Role Description
I'm seeking a Superintendent for commercial hotels and Multifamily to oversee on-site construction projects in East bay to North bay to Sacramento and Napa, CA. Qualifications
- Must have built hotels no exceptions, Multifamily I will teach, Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project management
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents
- Experience in managing subcontractors, labor teams, and site operations
- Commitment to enforcing safety regulations and building codes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in construction management software and computer applications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, specifically in hotel projects
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in construction management or related field is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and time management
