Position Summary
We are looking for a self-driven individual to join our team as a full-time Website Support Coordinator. In this role, your main focus would be to serve and advocate for our clients by ensuring that inquiries are handled with the highest level of professionalism and service. You must be able to manage several tasks simultaneously, including high quantities of incoming support tickets, answering phone calls, and follow-up procedures. A member of this team will need to communicate with all departments (including Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Website Development).
What you will be doing:
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients' needs and objectives
- Serve as the lead point of contact between the client and our multiple internal teams
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed on timelines and the progression of projects
- Regularly perform tutorials and training of our CMS to clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure that they are happy with the services provided
- Develop new business opportunities
- Manage incoming phone calls

- Previous work experience as an Account Coordinator, Support, or relevant role
- Highly organized

- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proven record of excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Zendesk, Monday.com, and G-Suite Applications
- Knowledge of CRM software (such as HubSpot or SalesForce)
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Basic understanding of graphic design and website design principles

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
