You will play a pivotal role in managing communications, processing orders, and addressing strategic customer needs while contributing to revenue growth and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers—responding to purchase and service requests, placing orders, providing quotes, customizing storefronts, and coordinating artwork and logo designs.

  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to meet account needs and communicate with both decision-makers and end users within assigned accounts.

  • Keep all stakeholders informed by managing timelines and delivering clear, consistent updates throughout each stage of the order or project.

  • Partner with your Account Manager to develop and execute strategic growth plans, including outbound call and email outreach campaigns, to expand wallet share and acquire new customers within your territory.

  • Participate in quarterly travel (7-10 days/quarter) to attend in-person client meetings, events, or vendor conferences.

  • Leverage account data and market insights to assess performance and identify areas for improvement or expansion.

  • Contribute to a strong, positive team culture by sharing best practices, brainstorming solutions, innovating processes—and having fun along the way.

  • Become a product expert, stay informed on competitors, and master internal tools and workflows that support sales and service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activities using HubSpot CRM.

Key Qualities and Skills:

  • Customer Focus – Consistently operate with the customer’s best interests in mind; go above and beyond to exceed expectations.

  • Attention to Detail – Stay organized, clarify requirements, and minimize errors through careful and thorough work.

  • Independent Problem-Solving – Confidently prioritize tasks, troubleshoot challenges, and take initiative without constant oversight.

  • Collaborative Mindset – Thrive in a team environment by communicating openly, supporting peers, and working toward shared goals.

  • Adaptable – Comfortable learning on the fly, adjusting to shifting priorities, and navigating ambiguity with a positive attitude.

  • Results-Driven – Maintain a sense of urgency, focus on outcomes, and take intentional actions to drive success.

  • Strong Communication – Communicate clearly and professionally with executive stakeholders, customers, and internal team members, both in writing and verbally.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of sales experience, or 5 years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing.

  • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop (preferred).

  • Must reside in the state of Texas and be available for hybrid work in Austin, TX weekly.

  • Must have a suitable workspace for remote work.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Comprehensive health insurance plans.

  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.

  • Paid Time Off, Floating Holiday, Holidays, and Volunteer Time Off.

  • Discounts on products produced by BuildASign.

  • Professional development and team building/company events.
