Shell Supervisor – Residential Construction (Concrete, Rebar, Block, Framing)
Southwest Florida (Sarasota, Tampa, SWFL & surrounding areas – scattered lots)
$65,000 – $80,000 per year

We are hiring an experienced Shell Supervisor to oversee and perform residential construction projects across multiple scattered job sites throughout Southwest Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all phases of residential shell construction including concrete, rebar, block, and framing
- Read and interpret construction plans and ensure accurate execution
- Run project schedules and keep jobs on track
- Meet with inspectors and manage all inspections
- Problem-solve field issues quickly and efficiently
- Coordinate crews and subcontractors
- Ensure work meets required tolerances and specifications
- Assist with estimating and material takeoffs
- Travel between job sites (Sarasota, Tampa & surrounding areas)
- Perform hands-on manual labor as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of concrete finishing, rebar placement, block work, and framing tolerances
- Ability to read and understand blueprints/plans
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation (required for scattered lots)
- Willing to be hands-on in the field
- Ensure compliance with Osha safety standards and all job site safety standards and all job site safety regulations
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and job site safety practices
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
