Job Summary
We are a growing preschool in Westwood focused on the whole child. Our days are built around play, structure, creativity, and connection. We want our classrooms to feel warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully run — a place where both children and teachers feel supported.
Responsibilities
- Lead a classroom of children ages 2.5–5 with confidence and care
- Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning through play
- Create a structured daily routine that still allows for flexibility and fun
- Build a positive classroom environment where children feel safe, included, and excited to learn
- Support children in developing social skills, independence, and self-confidence
- Communicate regularly with parents in a clear and supportive way
- Work closely with assistant teachers
- Keep the classroom organized, safe, and running smoothly
Experience
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
- A strong, steady presence in the classroom — someone children trust and respond to
- Warm, patient, and dependable
- Organized and able to manage a full classroom with confidence
- Someone who brings creativity, energy, and a positive attitude each day

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
