Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of multifamily high-rise projects (25 floors, $150M value), from preconstruction planning to project closeout.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project objectives and resolve issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, including OSHA regulations and Miami-Dade County building codes.
- Utilize project management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, AutoCAD) to streamline communication, documentation, and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate risks, such as material delays, labor shortages, or permitting challenges, common in Miami’s fast-paced market.
