About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent in daily on-site construction activities for an 8–25 story multifamily project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.
- Enforce jobsite safety standards, conduct walkthroughs, and support safety compliance.
- Track progress, update schedules, and report daily activities.
- Support quality control processes and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications.
- Help resolve field issues and communicate effectively with project management, trades, and inspectors.
- Maintain site documentation, logs, and reports.
- Experience: 2–5 years as Assistant Superintendent or similar field role, preferably on mid/high-rise residential projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades coordination, and safety practices.
- Communication: Bilingual English/Spanish is mandatory for coordination with field staff and subcontractors.
- Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work full-time on site in Hallandale Beach.
- Experience with Procore or comparable project management software.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Background in concrete, structural, or exterior envelope preferred.
