Our team works in partnership with ICAN, a well-established nonprofit organization serving individuals and families throughout the community.
We operate as an independent contracted provider supporting ICAN programs and services. This means you will receive the flexibility, support, and personalized leadership of a smaller team environment while contributing to the mission and impact of one of the area’s leading nonprofit organizations.

What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate behavioral and mental health support services
- Build trusting relationships with clients and families
- Assist individuals in reaching personal goals and improving daily functioning
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure quality care
- Maintain documentation and communication in accordance with program standards
Ideal Candidates Will Have

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, human services, counseling, or related fields preferred but not always required
