We are representing the elite custom home builder in Southwest Florida, delivering some of the most significant and technically challenging residential projects anywhere in the United States.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced MEP Superintendent to join a business setting the benchmark for luxury residential construction and work on homes valued well into the tens and hundreds of millions of dollars.

Luxury residential experience is preferred, however candidates from a commercial construction background with strong MEP expertise will absolutely be considered. The business is willing to teach the residential side to the right individual.

Responsibilities:

• Manage mechanical, electrical and plumbing operations from rough-in through commissioning and handover

• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, inspectors and field teams

• Ensure the highest standards of quality, scheduling and execution are maintained

• Manage testing, commissioning and closeout processes

• Resolve technical and coordination challenges before they impact the project

• Work closely with senior project leadership to deliver world-class homes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent, MEP Manager or MEP-focused field leader

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low-voltage and building systems

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills

• Track record delivering complex construction projects
