What You’ll Bring
- 10 years’ experience in construction estimating
- Proven experience estimating ground-up custom homes valued at $25M
- Deep understanding of high-end finishes, bespoke materials, and complex scopes
- Ability to build detailed cost plans from conceptual design through final GMP
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong career stability and long-term tenure
- Open to relocating to Naples, FL (nationwide candidates welcome)
Your Role
- Lead full-cycle estimating for ultra-luxury residential estates
- Prepare detailed budgets, cost models, and value engineering options
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and evolving design concepts with precision
- Solicit and level subcontractor bids with a focus on quality and alignment
- Support client presentations with confidence and financial clarity
- Protect margin while maintaining the highest construction standards
