Role Overview:
As a Project Manager you will oversee full-cycle project delivery, from preconstruction through closeout. Ensuring client satisfaction and excellence in every phase. You will take ownership of multiple commercial projects, managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects valued between $5M–$50M
- Manage budgets, contracts, and schedules to ensure timely and profitable delivery
- Lead coordination with Superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams
- Maintain consistent client communication and provide regular progress updates
- Drive preconstruction planning, procurement, and project closeout processes
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Proven success in delivering commercial builds on schedule and within budget
- Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120K–$140K
- Auto Allowance: $750 per month
