We are creating a new role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, staying organized, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be the person who helps keep the office running efficiently and professionally each day. This includes:
- Welcoming clients and vendors and creating a positive first impression
- Managing mail, scanning documents, and maintaining organized files
- Assembling estate planning binders and preparing client materials
- Handling outgoing mail, deliveries, and occasional local errands
- Keeping the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
- Supporting scheduling, communications, and general administrative needs
No two days will look exactly the same, and that is part of what makes this role engaging.
Requirements

Benefits
Schedule and Compensation
- Salary range: $42,000 to $54,000 - based on experience
- Full-time, primarily in-office with some flexibility
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
