Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client meetings, present estate planning options, and provide clear guidance throughout the process
- Prepare and review estate planning documents
- Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Provide trusted legal guidance with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Licensed attorney with a minimum of 2-3 years of estate planning experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and approachable demeanor
- Proven experience leading client meetings and fee discussions
- Ability to work primarily in the office with a collaborative team
- Interest in long-term growth with the firm
- Competitive base salary range: $140,000 - $185,000 (full-time equivalent), commensurate with experience
- Bonus opportunities based on performance
