Full-Time Playground Supervisor
Build It Playground – Carmel, IN
Pay: $14-$15/hour
Schedule: Full-time, including weekend shifts
Build It Playground is looking for a reliable, energetic, and responsible Full-Time Playground Supervisor to help lead our team and create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment for children and families.
This is a hands-on leadership position. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with children, is comfortable taking initiative, and can help keep the playground running smoothly while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children and ensure a safe, positive play environment
- Enforce playground rules and safety procedures
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service to children, parents, and caregivers
- Help lead and support other team members during shifts
- Assist with training and onboarding new employees
- Help ensure employees are staying engaged, attentive, and completing assigned responsibilities
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the playground
- Assist with birthday parties, private events, and special events
- Help resolve guest questions, concerns, and minor issues professionally
- Monitor the facility and equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Help manage the flow of guests during busy periods
- Take initiative to identify and address things that need to be done without always being asked
- Support the owner/management with day-to-day operations and special projects

Schedule & Requirements
- Full-time position
- $15/hour
- Must have weekend availability
- Schedule will include a combination of weekdays and weekends
- Must be dependable and able to consistently work scheduled shifts
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, cleaning, and being active throughout the shift
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with children and families throughout the day
