The Senior Manager, Operations, oversees all aspects of the day-to-day distribution center operations at our warehouse. This role is accountable for driving labor efficiency across the business while fostering a strong culture of safety and ensuring adherence to all policies and regulations. The Senior Manager, Operations, is a proven leader who champions a safe, efficient, and engaged, fast-paced working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthen the leadership pipeline with consistent development of internal talent.
- Effectively use accurate, timely data to identify trends and improve operational visibility.
- Forecast accurate labor usage to increase team productivity.
- Increase team’s capability in using LMS tools.
- Deliver sustainable, standardized, process improvements.
- Drive measurable gains in productivity, quality, and cost.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Champion an engaged working environment, improving team retention.
- Influence overall P&L performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with different areas of the warehouse.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of related experience.
- Skilled in Warehouse Management Systems (WHS)
- Ability to leverage data and reporting tools
- Experience around process improvement
- Skilled in Labor Planning & Productivity (LMS)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Conveyor Works and Print Apply
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in UltiPro
