Bug Bully Pest Control is looking for an experienced Lead Pest Control Technician to help support and mentor our growing team.

What You'll Do
- Perform residential and commercial pest control services
- Serve as the go-to tech for difficult pest issues
- Help train and mentor new technicians
- Assist with ride-alongs and field training
- Help maintain service quality and best practices
- Provide feedback on routes and service improvements
- Support the owner with field operations when needed
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years pest control experience preferred
- Massachusetts pesticide license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Strong problem-solving skills in the field
- Excellent customer communication
- Leadership mindset and willingness to help others grow
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
