Our well-established chiropractic wellness practice in Rockford is seeking an exceptional Office Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. We are a reputable husband-and-wife chiropractic team with over 35 years of experience serving our community and helping patients live healthier, more active lives.
We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships, keeping things organized, and creating a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
What You Will Do
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars
- Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support office systems and daily operations
- Help patients stay on track with their care plans and wellness goals
- Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere for patients and team members

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
