Responsibilities
- Provide professional esthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and other beauty treatments with precision and care.
- Perform nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish application, nail art, and cuticle care.
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
- Educate clients on aftercare, nail health, and beauty products to support their personal beauty goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment by properly disinfecting tools, equipment, and workstations after each service.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that encourages client retention and referrals.
- Promote and recommend additional salon services and retail products when appropriate.
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, products, and best practices in esthetics and nail care.
- Follow all salon policies and state licensing regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a salon, spa, or beauty environment preferred.
- Proficiency in waxing, eyelash extensions, manicures, pedicures, gel applications, nail art, and cuticle care.
- Knowledge of skin types, skincare products, treatment procedures, and sanitation practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and manage appointments efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
