Job Summary
We’re looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Server, you’ll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for our guests through excellent service and hospitality. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling specials to enhance their experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and proper food safety practices to keep the dining environment clean and safe.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or cash registers.
• Support the team by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, especially during busy hours or special events like nightclub nights or large parties.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience or food service background is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/host roles is a plus.
