What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
- Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
- Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
- Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
- Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
- Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
- Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
What We're Looking For
- Team oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications, where required by state or local law.
- Reliable transportation.
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.
- Ability to work shifts of 6 hours or longer.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
