Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to maintain high-quality standards
- Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS, including cash handling and register reconciliation
- Train new staff members on food handling, customer service, safety procedures, and operational standards
- Monitor shift performance, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Demonstrated ability in staff training, team management, and shift supervision
- Background in food industry management including inventory control, budgeting, and food production
- Hospitality management or culinary experience is a plus; experience in casual dining or banquet settings is beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting; previous experience in hotel or catering environments is advantageous
- Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills; experience interviewing and developing team members is preferred
- Food ServSafe certificate is needed
