GAME TIME ENERGY, LIFETIME EXPERIENCE

As a Cook/Cashier, you are a vital part of the team responsible for both food preparation and guest interaction. You’ll ensure every guest receives high-quality food, accurate orders, and friendly service that reflects the Buffalo Wild Wings GO experience.

In this dual-role position, you will balance responsibilities in the kitchen and at the front counter, maintaining speed, accuracy, and cleanliness at all times. You’ll be expected to work efficiently under pressure while strictly following food safety standards and creating a positive experience for every guest.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare and cook menu items, including wings, sides, and other offerings, following company recipes and portion standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens, and prep stations safely and efficiently
• Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and presented to quality and food safety standards
• Accurately take guest orders, process payments, and operate the POS system
• Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive customer service at the front counter and during order pickup
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen, prep areas, and front-of-house
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times
• Complete and maintain required food safety training and certifications in accordance with state and local regulations
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Handle high-volume periods while maintaining composure, speed, and attention to detail
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, prep, and cash handling procedures

YOU GOT THIS

• You are 16/18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law)
• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe) required
• You understand or are willing to learn proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices
• You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• You have strong multitasking and time management skills
• You are dependable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude
• You have basic math and cash-handling skills
• You are able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Previous restaurant or quick-service experience is a plus, but not required
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
