Advancement opportunities Flexible schedules Apply Now JOB PURPOSE: The Assistant Manager helps train, supervise and coach Team Members to ensure prefect shift execution and Guest satisfaction CORE JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures training programs are followed for team members in new positions
Plans and leads pre-shift meetings, builds camaraderie and solicits feedback
Partners with Management team to conduct weekly, informative manager meetings
Handles shift-by-shift coaching of team members to improve performance
Models hospitality skills/behaviors, including regular interaction and engagement with Guests
Ensures Guest satisfaction, inspires guest loyalty and ensures responsible alcohol service
Handles Guest complaints during the shift, turning unsatisfied into satisfied guests
Utilizes all compliance systems, manager tools and procedures both in a timely manner and with integrity to ensure proper shift execution. Manager tools include but are not limited to the following
Line checks, prep sheets, restroom checks, daily QSC, ticket tracker, daily labor reviews, guest check audits
Conducts administrative standards, holds Team Members accountable for adherence to daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules. Ensures tipped team members are paid FOH Support pay rate for any utility job preformed
Understands, supports and executes all new product rollouts, policies and procedures, company and marketing promotions Helps in creating, developing and implementing incentive programs and contest
Actively motivates Team Members to participate in all company promotions and incentives.
Assists in on-going performance management and development
Assists in scheduling that is based on performance
Ensures all Team Members adhere to company product specs, portioning, recipes and presentation
Ensures waste buckets are used and waste is documented for both HOH and Bar Holds food vendors accountable for delivering the highest quality product on a timely basis to our specifications.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
