Shift Manager

Job Description
We are looking for motivated and reliable Shift Managers to join our Buffalo Wild Wings GO team! As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in leading daily operations in a fast-paced, streamlined environment focused on speed, quality, and exceptional guest service.

Buffalo Wild Wings GO locations are designed for convenience, with a simplified menu, no alcohol service, and an emphasis on quick, efficient order fulfillment. In this role, you will coach and support Team Members, ensure operational standards are met, and help deliver a consistently great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Environment

• Foster a respectful, positive, and team-oriented work environment
• Communicate shift priorities, goals, and expectations clearly to team members
• Support onboarding and training of new employees
• Provide real-time coaching, recognition, and constructive feedback
• Lead by example in performance, attitude, and work ethic

Operational Excellence

• Promote a guest-first culture with a focus on speed and accuracy
• Ensure efficient execution of orders in a quick-service setting
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain brand standards, food quality, and cleanliness at all times
• Enforce safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with local and state regulations

Performance & Profitability

• Support sales goals through strong shift execution and upselling when appropriate
• Assist in managing labor and minimizing waste
• Handle cash management responsibilities, including monitoring over/short during shifts
• Ensure all food is prepared according to brand standards and delivered quickly

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic math, writing, and computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Must be at least 18 years old (where applicable)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
