BWW GO General Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic BWW GO General Manager to lead our fast-paced, quick-service restaurant operations. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant functions, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a team dedicated to delivering a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a high-performing team committed to excellence
• Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to guarantee quality and safety compliance
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
• Control inventory levels through regular stock checks and ordering to minimize waste and optimize food costs
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes at all times
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS for efficient transaction processing
• Suffolk County Food Manager Certification and ServSafe Manager Certification
• Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience and staff training capabilities
• Knowledge of inventory control practices, food safety protocols, and budgeting principles
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Experience in managing shifts, supervising teams, and ensuring operational standards are met consistently.
