- Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and consistency across all menu items.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing, sales tracking, and inventory management.
- Control inventory levels through accurate stock monitoring, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile daily financial reports with precision.
- Support food safety protocols by maintaining cleanliness, proper food handling practices, and compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control initiatives, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Lead shift management by coordinating staff schedules and ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Contribute to staff training programs focused on customer service excellence, food presentation, and operational procedures.

- Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision within quick service or fast food environments.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous assistant manager or supervisory roles in hospitality settings.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively.
