Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize sales and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, especially in food service areas
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to promote customer loyalty
• Support staff training and development to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Assist in implementing promotional activities and store initiatives to increase sales
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management review

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail, food service, or convenience store management preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to food handling
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
