NOTICE OF POSITION
POSITION:
The Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Pascal Mubenga, is interested in receiving applications from qualified candidates for the position of:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must hold a Buffalo or New York State teaching certificate in Business. It is required that candidates attach a PDF or a screenshot of their certifications. Skills needed include, but are not limited to: Microsoft Office 365 suite, Entrepreneurial skills, and business plan development. Special consideration will be given to applicants who have business training, background, and experience.
DUTIES:
- Teach Business skills to high school students.
- Teach students Entrepreneurial skills and the skills needed to develop business plans.
- Design effective firsthand lesson plans based on the competencies outline of the Business Program
- Lead students through the process of designing a school-based enterprise and operating that business
- Facilitate and manage students through both regional and international Pitch competitions
- Other duties as assigned.
APPOINTMENT:
Appointment will be made by the Interim Superintendent following assessment of training, experience, credentials and evaluation of service.
Personal interviews shall be scheduled where appropriate.
SALARY: Teacher salary schedule.
