We are a fast-growing apparel company relocating to Kaufman, TX, looking to hire a Heat Press Operator for our warehouse production team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll operate heat press equipment, help meet production goals, and ensure top-quality apparel leaves our shop.
This position is part-time with steady hours, Monday through Friday (20–30 hours per week, average is around 25 hours).
Responsibilities
- Operate heat press equipment to apply designs onto apparel
- Set correct temperature, time, and pressure for each job
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Inspect garments for accuracy, alignment, and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues
- Willingness to learn—no prior experience required (training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently - This is a fast-paced environment. We strive to get all orders printed & shipped within 48 hours.
- Must be able to pass a background check and we are a drug-free/smoke-free environment.

- $16/hour starting pay
