Position Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing professional nursing care to residents while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs). The LPN ensures quality care is delivered in accordance with physician orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate resident conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and changes in condition.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Participate in admissions, discharges, and resident care conferences.
- Promote a positive, compassionate, and resident-focused environment.
- Assist with infection prevention and quality assurance initiatives.
- Serve as a leader and mentor to nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Current Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance when necessary.
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.

- Sign On Bonus of $5,000 will be paid out in 4 quarterly installments. The Agreement will remain in effect provided that the Employee remains with the Company Full-time through the applicable payment dates and meets satisfactory performance expectations throughout the applicable bonus period.
