Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Buffalo, NY. The Furniture Installer will be responsible for delivering, assembling, and installing office furniture at client locations. Duties include unpacking and inspecting products for quality assurance, following installation plans, ensuring proper functioning of furniture systems, and reviewing completed setups to meet client standards. Maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to safety standards during all installations are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in furniture assembly, installation techniques, and the use of tools and hardware
- Basic mechanical skills and the ability to interpret instructional diagrams and installation blueprints
- Strong communication skills with the capability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture items and work on-site in various environments
