NOW HIRING! CNA's/TMA's for Day Shift and Evening Shift!

HOURS:

Day Shift: 5:30am-2:00pm/6:15am-2:45pm

PM Shift: 2:30pm-9:30pm/2:30-11pm

Nursing Assistant starting wage: $20.65/hour (Not Certified), $22.65/hour (Certified).

**Plus $3/hour Evening Shift Differential and $1/hour Weekend Shift Differential

TMA starting wage: $23.65/hour

**Plus $3/hour Evening Shift Differential and $1/hour Weekend Shift Differential

CNA Responsibilities Include:

• Personal Care Services
• Baths
• Oral Hygiene
• Changing bed linens
• Assisting patients with dressing, undressing, and personal hygiene
• Skin care to prevent breakdown
• Assisting the patient with toileting activities
• Keeping the patient’s living area clean and orderly, as appropriate
• Assisting in feeding residents, if necessary
• Assisting in ambulation and exercise according to the plan of care
• Performing range of motion and other simple procedures as an extensional therapy service as ordered
• Meeting the safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly

TMA Responsibilities Include:

• Orders medication when supplies are low and restocks medication cart at the end of each shift.
• Dispenses oral medication following policy, procedure, and doctor orders to do so.
• Keeps medication cart in orderly manner.
• Checks for accuracy of the MAR and med box instructions.
• Maintains resident’s records concerning medication and treatment.
• Communicates with Charge nurse regarding concerns about resident care or medication regime. Assist the resident with personal cares as needed.
• Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by Charge Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Observe client and report changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc.
• Attends In-service training as assigned.
• Transfills and assist with oxygen application for residents.

• 30 hours/week is considered full-time and benefit eligible
• Positions include every other Weekend and Holiday Rotation
