Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of qualified candidates across various departments. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages
- Attend local job fairs and hiring events
- Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment tracking systems
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for future openings
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated on employment laws, hiring trends, and recruiting best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn

- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
