Buffalo Family Dentistry is a well-established private dental practice serving families in the Buffalo area for over 30 years. We are dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality dental care in a friendly and welcoming environment. Our team values professionalism, compassion, and teamwork, and we are looking for an outgoing, bubbly, positive Dental Receptionist to join us part-time to help care for our growing patient base. Job Details:
- Position: Part-Time Dental Receptionist
- Schedule: Mondays: 7:45am-5pm; Tuesdays: 7:45am-5pm; Fridays: 7:45am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments.
- Fill daily schedule as needed.
- Contact patients regarding recall appointments.
- Provide excellent patient care and ensure a comfortable experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
- Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Obtain accurate patient insurance breakdowns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 yr dental office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A warm, friendly demeanor and a passion for patient care.
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is a plus, not required.
