What You’ll Do
- Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility
- Safely administer and document medications with care and accuracy
- Monitor residents’ health and share updates with our care team
- Be a friendly companion—bringing comfort, joy, and encouragement each day
- Keep residents safe by following safety procedures and responding to emergencies
- Work side-by-side with a supportive team of nurses, doctors, and caregivers
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You’re dependable, patient, and compassionate
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Med Tech certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to get it)
- Experience in healthcare or senior care is a plus—but heart and dedication matter most
- Physically able to assist residents and lift up to 50 lbs

Available Shifts:
- Full Time Baylor Weekends 7am-11pm
- Full Time Evenings 3p-11p
- Full Time Nights 11pm-7am
