Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in units and facilities.
- Conduct residential painting tasks as required for facility upkeep.
- Work with site manager and coordinate repair schedules.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
