What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Warehouse Worker/Driver position at Buffalo Computer Recycling LLC?
We are a local Buffalo owned and operated Electronics Recycling Company looking to expand our team. We are currently looking for a full time General Warehouse Worker that will also be responsible for driving a 26 foot box truck locally. No CDL required. Will require background check, drug screening, and a clean driving record. See below for details on what is required for this job. Normal work hours are between 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Must be able to work on your feet all day and be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- General Warehouse work
- Moving product within the warehouse and off and on trucks
- Taking apart computers and various electronics
- Light testing of electronics(No prior knowledge required)
- Sorting and organizing product as it comes in
- Driving a 26 foot box truck for local pick-ups from businesses
- Reports directly to the Warehouse Manager
Skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Very good communication abilities
- Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
- Previous 26' truck experience recommended
- Computer knowledge helpful but not required
