General Construction Worker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Construction Worker to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on various construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of tasks while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Duties

• Assist in the construction of residential and commercial buildings, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to complete tasks accurately.
• Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with other construction workers and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.

Skills

• Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is preferred.
• Excellent physical stamina and strength for lifting heavy materials and performing manual labor.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration on-site.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
