Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to create durable foundations and surfaces
- Install rebar and metal studs according to schematics and blueprints to reinforce structures
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for framing, roofing, and masonry tasks
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise construction activities
- Perform carpentry tasks including trim carpentry, framing, and drywall installation with accuracy
- Conduct plastering, stucco application, caulking, and tile laying to enhance building aesthetics
- Support renovation and restoration projects by handling demolition, cleanup, and material preparation
- Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety standards
- Use hand tools effectively for framing, masonry work, or finishing touches on various surfaces
- Assist with concrete pumping and formwork setup for complex concrete structures
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or cranes when required on-site
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all team members
Experience
- Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of general construction practices
- Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and finishing processes
- Hands-on experience with rebar installation, masonry work, or framing carpentry preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Experience operating power tools and heavy equipment safely in a construction setting
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards is highly advantageous
- Prior involvement in renovation or restoration projects is a plus
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and strenuous activities consistently
