Rochester Car Care is seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Ceramic Coating and Detailing Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to receive on-the-job training and become proficient in providing top-tier ceramic coating and detailing services using industry-leading products from XPEL.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-time
• Starting Wage: $20 /hour based on experience
• Training: Technicians typically begin detailing / installing on their own within a few weeks of starting.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Location: 3760 W. Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14623

Responsibilities:
As a Ceramic Coating and Detailing Technician, your duties will include:

• Washing and preparing vehicles for detailing services
• Performing paint decontamination
• Paint correction/enhancement polishing
• Ceramic coating application
• General detailing services such as interior cleaning and restoration
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary; comprehensive on-the-job training provided
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to perform detailing tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting
• Excellent time management skills
• Positive attitude and can-do mentality
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
