Duties

- Manage POS systems for order processing
- Oversee inventory control processes including stock levels, food safety compliance, and food production standards
- Train new staff members on food handling procedures, restaurant policies, and service standards
- Monitor shift performance to ensure adherence to health regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and kitchen management
- Strong knowledge of POS systems
