Buffalo Biodiesel Marketing Services, LLC. is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative Trainee to join our team.

Pay:
- $20/hr. base pay
- Bonus pay for both residual and contract bonus if you meet quota. Bonus should exceed base pay.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve establish monthly sales objectives
- Maintain a high volume of proactive outbound outreach and live conversation time each day
- Ensure thorough documentation of all activities and timely follow-up with prospects and customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of cold-calling experience. Does not need to be specifically within sales
- Undergraduate degree
- Ability to follow the entire sales process from prospecting to close
- B2B experience is a plus
- A can-do attitude. Making calls all day is not for everyone, and we get that. Which is why it’s important for us to be transparent about our gold standard.
- Ability to learn our industry and talking points
- Excellent communication skills
- Organization skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
