What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at Buffalo Billiards?
$10/hr TIPS as barback
High-volume bar environment that requires a suitable demeanor and attitude as well as:
-High-volume bar experience is REQUIRED to be considered
-Keeping bar, goods and coolers stocked and organized, including kegs and communicate well with bartenders
-Work well under pressure in a busy environment to navigate a crowd while helping to keep multiple bars stocked
-Glass rotation and organization behind the bar, including use of both a dishwasher and appropriate use of a triple sink
-Familiarity with checking ID/proof of age when needed
-Ability to work and communicate well with others in a team environment
-Ability to multitask
-Helping staff keep their sections clean and presentable
-General cleanliness, organization and side work
-RAMP Servsafe certification required (renewal every 2 years)
**Must have Friday and Saturday availability**
*At least two (2) years of high volume bar experience required*
